We get here at the office at 10 minutes early. Doctor not in the office. I asked if the doctor was in office. Young lady said no he's not. We were here the last time at 3:30pm and didn't leave until after 6 PM. I think the doctor and staff should be present at the time the patient is scheduled. And not after not good business.

This place is terrible! They book people for appointments and then when you arrive you are told you have to wait until five hours later, only to be told come back another day and that they do not have morning appointments. Not professional and or organized! You will wait, not get seen and then when given another appointment time there are a sea of people ahead of you. Which goes back to not getting seen by the Doctor. 🤔🤔

The worst bedside manners. If you ask a question he tells you not to “concern” yourself…as your doctor he tells you not to concern yourself with your health. He gives you a diagnosis and if you inquire more on the diagnosis he tells you not to google it (since you’re left to google with the diagnosis being so vague). He is the absolute worst provider. Update: after he discharged my father and didn’t solve the issue, my father was rushed to another hospital less than 24hrs later. The GI doctor at this hospital said he should ... read more
