DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!! I came early for my appointment and after waiting for an hour he comes out saying he is about to leave to go to another hospital????? Hardly even acknowledges the fact I was there waiting and took off work to be there. His staff attempts to overcharge you beyond your insurance copay. Their customer service is PISS poor. One receptionist told me they would not accept credit card payments under $80 (I had a $40 copay) and told me to "go find the money and come back". It took everything to not cuss her ... read more

The office is terrible. No respect and no flexibility for the patients. Obviously understaffed and not customer oriented. Dr. Oko, I believe you are a great doctor but because of your office reduculus rules you are loosing good patients.
