We had a really lovely experience looking for and purchasing a ring at Oko. The staff are incredibly kind and patient and knowledgeable, and they have a unique and beautiful selection! They facilitated a resize/repair with their jeweler and had excellent communication with me throughout. Also, the shop itself has a very calm and kind of magical vibe! Highly recommend.

We purchased a sweet moonstone ring for our daughter's 25th birthday and are so excited to give it to her. The person that helped us was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We have purchase several pieces from OKO over the years and love the care that we get each time.

It can be daunting buying fine jewelry online but this is my third purchase from Oko and each time has been great. I really appreciate how they balance the detailed accuracy of their listings with beautiful descriptions that really capture the spirit of the pieces. I haven’t had any real issues but every interaction I’ve had with their customer service has been responsive and friendly.
