Okmulgee Family Dentist is the bomb!!! Their staff is so nice and friendly. I am alway greeted with a smile behind the mask. They are great with kids. My great grandson comes out with a smile always!!
Such a wonderful place! The staff and Dr Ruleford always make myself and my 4 year old feel so welcome and comfortable. It is not easy convincing a child to receive dental care but they are always so patient and kind with him. Dr Ruleford always listens to our concerns and takes time to answer all questions. We always receive the best treatment. I’ve been to a handful of other dental offices and would recommend this office over all others- which is why we travel from Broken Arrow just to see Dr Ruleford!
Dr. Ruleford is wonderful and I highly recommend her to others all the time. My boys have always loved going to the dentist because of the experience from Dr. Ruleford. She is patient and great with children. Her staff is also friendly and helpful. We live 30 minutes away but I dont mind because it is worth it. You will love Dr. Ruleford too!
Friendly staff however highly disappointed with the results of the dental work and customer care from Miranda Ruleford. Beyond disappointed. : ( Sharing this only after expressing my concerns with Miranda Ruleford of the unsatisfactory work to no avail. First and only negative recommendation from me for any business. Would not recommend. $$$ Before customer care~ not good business.
Instead of knowing or checking what our insurance covered, like every other dentist we have been to, we ended up with an extra $400 bill several months later. We were told that's why they gave us an "estimate". An estimate would have been if the insurance only covered a percentage and cost us $10, $20, $30 more. In actuality they covered nothing and cost us and extra $400 on top of the $3-400 we had already paid. If we had gone with the more expensive option we would have really been screwed. Won't be back!!
I just loved all the staff here and hands down was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office.
