The superstar here is the pharmacy, I can take or leave the rest. They had an issue keying my insurance, strongly suggested I pay out of pocket, eventually was told I was past my appointment time, and it was suggested I could return later. I did return and miraculously my insurance issue was able to be resolved.
I am an employee, so most of the time my children and I see Jennifer, ARNP, in employee health. Jennifer is very compassionate and thorough. We have visited the student side when Jennifer is out of the office, and we have no complaints with their care either. I have my oncologist & internal med physician's write me an RX for my labwork. It is MUCH cheaper doing it at the clinic. I also moved all of my prescriptions to the OSU pharmacy. Lance and Mike will get your meds to you quickly and with a smile. Nothing but garbage experiences here. Says it's a walk-in but it isn't, they messed up my prescription somehow, they cancel your appointments if you're 5 minutes late, the workers are incredibly rude, and the doctors are pompus. Go somewhere else, if I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. Osu is charging me nearly 50,000 a year and the garbage healthcare they provide is not even free.
