I walked in to the store with a blind from our home that the window washers damaged the string functions. Abraham dropped everything to trouble shoot the problem. He diagnosed the issue, made the repair and said “No charge”. Great character and a rare gesture for today. THANK YOU!
All I can say is Wow!! What great service!! We had a broken part on our living room shutters. We called them on Monday, they came out Wednesday and repaired it quickly! It was a minor repair, and they even waived the charge and we did not purchase the shutters from them! I will recommend Oklahoma Shutters to everyone!! Fast, Friendly and put the customer first!!

After 4 Years my Norman shades got stuck and I found out they were covered under warranty and they came out and replaced them with no charge and no questions.Asked very nice very professional highly recommend this firm.
