Went in today and spoke with Justin about finding a Bow for my 9 year old. I have zero knowledge in the sport but wanting to learn with my son. Justin put us on the list and worked through all the customers ahead. Once the team behind the counter got to him Justin took the time to explain and teach the parts of the Bow, showed him the proper form, helped find a compound Bow for him and fit all accessories. When my crossbow broke when sighting it in, Steve got Bear to send another. It wasn't even bought from them. Thanks Again! I would recommend them highly! You can bet I will be back.
Always friendly and helpful. Can get busy sometimes, but worth the wait.
Even though the fella behind the counter knew we wasn't going to purchase a bow he still spent plenty of time with us answering questions and showing us, as well as letting us try out lots of different bows. No sales pressure, and very patient
If you can't answer an email, I'm not optimistic that you'd be particularly motivated to deal with any problems I might have with something I've purchased from you, think I'll spend my money elsewhere
Great place for guns and archery. I only wish they had a longer rifle range.
