It's been a little over a year since i moved out. I was there for 3+ years and moved due to a new job relocation. First and foremost, Erik (Manager) is easily the best in all my experiences with renting, before or after being there. Genuine, communicative, quick responding, available, and ensures the rules are being followed for the benefit of the community. Goes above and beyond and greatly appreciated it.
