It's been a little over a year since i moved out. I was there for 3+ years and moved due to a new job relocation. First and foremost, Erik (Manager) is easily the best in all my experiences with renting, before or after being there. Genuine, communicative, quick responding, available, and ensures the rules are being followed for the benefit of the community. Goes above and beyond and greatly appreciated it. Erik is quick to respond to a maintenance request. He assessed the plumbing situation we had and knew he had to get a professional in. After the professional fix, he worked, beyond the call of duty, in getting everything in order again. Erik has always been pleasant and personable.
