It's been a little over a year since i moved out. I was there for 3+ years and moved due to a new job relocation. First and foremost, Erik (Manager) is easily the best in all my experiences with renting, before or after being there. Erik is quick to respond to a maintenance request. He assessed the plumbing situation we had and knew he had to get a professional in. After the professional fix, he worked, beyond the call of duty, in getting everything in order again. Erik has always been pleasant and personable.
