The building manager, Eric, is the greatest. I trusted my child living there under his watch.
The windows are horrible, sit on my couch and I can feel the cold air coming off all my windows. My average winter bill for Wisconsin We Energies is over $160 for this little place. That is wrong. The Manager Eric is totally awesome, always there when needed!
What impresses me is that the administration does not wait for problems to arise. The administration keeps tabs on the buildings so that they can address problems in the making. Thank you so much
Erik helped by baling water out of the sinks. The plumber on the next day routed out the clog.
