Walked right on, no appointment necessary. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The young lady checking me in was sweet and seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. The NP, Julie, came in quickly, listened without interrupting, and asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood the reason for my visit. I will definitely be using this location on the future

having to change my review and previous 5 star ratings due to a misdiagnosis 😩 i previously stated that it’s always a quick and pleasant experience there, which is true! the staff is all great and the place is clean and efficient, but i was there this past saturday for ear pain and was told that i didn’t have an ear infection and my pain was caused from ear wax pushing against my ear tube and she advised me to use baby oil to soften the wax.. i did that once that day and once the following day..only to get worse and develop... read more
The staff was super rude and inconsiderate, had an attitude and was just unhelpful. They also provided incorrect information and acted that way when we drove 30 minutes for service. Go annywhere else!
I had the best experience the receptionist was so sweet and helpful the nurse was caring the Doctor was concerned and listened to everything I told her and she didn’t make me feel old and stupid her name was Rebecca. The last one I saw was another nurse who gave me a shot and she was so good I didn’t even feel it. I would recommend this urgent care to all my friends and family.
