The entire group very attentive and professional!
I was seen petty quick as they only had one tech whom was very knowledgeable about what he did and was very nice when I didn’t follow his directions. I’m always worried when I get a male tech, nurse or doctor as I’d prefer a female as they always seem to know what they’re doing and are gentle. The Dr was really great as well. She’s young but knowledgeable
I’ve seen Haley Baldridge twice now, and I really felt cared for each time. She took her time going over my history, knew about my genetic conditions and dry eyes, didn't attempt any procedures/labs that wouldn’t change my treatment plan, and showed concern for medication costs. After trying to get help for several months from another outside provider, she completely helped me in one visit.
