Tonight I was stung by a wasp around 8 pm. I immediately called the after hour phone number and had the privledge of speaking with PA Elisa Thompson. She was very thorough, caring and compassionate. She asked many good questions, gave me things to try after she assessed I was not in a medical emergency. I have been a patient of Dr. Trojan's and have not had the pleasure of meeting her yet. I'm convinced the best doctors & PAs on the planet work here. I spent 5 years going to multiple specialists for a diagnosis. It wasn't until I saw Dr. Darter that I finally figured out what was going on. Her & her PAs spend time getting to know their patients & figuring out what's going on with them. Worst customer service EVER! I have had several issues with them not returning my phone calls, filling serums late, and taking forever to get anything done. They have poor communication between their staff. Only positive is their medicine is great. My allergies are much better.
I have never been to a doctor that spends as much time with you as she does. She makes me feel like I'm getting the care I pay for! I went to four doctors before her that could not figure out what was going on. She figured it out after talking with me for some time. She is absolutely wonderful!
I was greatly disappointed
