Contracted the potting of 24 outdoor planters for our business. The team showed up days late with minimal communication. After the first big rain, it became clear the drainage was inadequate and our plants are drowning. Can't get anyone at OFS to return a phone call or email. Have to wonder if they've gone out of business
It was a pleasure doing business with Jon. The staff is very friendly and make the customers needs priority. Will be doing business with Jon again in the future.
Called the number. On hold for a while, then received a text from another number saying “ Please text me”. No name or company name. Asked who this was and he writes “James. You called me.” Again not identifying he’s from this company. It went downhill from there. He definitely wasn’t interested in helping me. I hope he doesn’t deal with all your new clients.
