Called my meds in that morning and they were ready that afternoon good service
I was told to get a "same day" appointment, that I'd need to call at 8am. I wake up, call at 8am... all it does is ring and ring and ring and ring... I called 60 times until 8:50am and the lady FINALLY answered RUDELY and told me a time I have to be there. I said "I've been trying to call since 8am" and she said "well, I don't know what to tell you, this is the first call I've gotten... do you want the appointment or not?" I'm happy with the okcic. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have always been taken care of. I love my doctor Jordan and my nurses Jess and Heather. Great job guys
I was there yesterday. Called at 8a, got me in for a 2p appt. Seen Dr. Gray, awesome doctor, and waited for my meds. Altogether I was there about an hour! Actually was the quickest time frame I have ever had there. All these people complain about having to wait, no one answers, it's all automated, just gotta know what team your on. You have other options, so either use it or not it's a free medical clinic for people of Indian decent, if you don't like it, go out and get you some BCBS or Met Life, and then you can complain.
