I mean this place literally feels like a joke! We have waited all day to hear back from a nurse a doctor SOMEONE! We haven’t at all. My wife is in a boot for an ankle issue and the boot is to big. It’s giving her sores on her leg that make it so bad she can’t stand wearing the boot let alone walking in it. NO ONE has called her back we keep getting sent to voicemail. I was in to set up a chart and was seen in 15 minutes and an appointment set within 3 months. I did not have an immediate health concern do this was exactly what I expected. I was also given information about ACA options that I may be eligible to receive. I will be investigating that information today. Great service.

My daughter was referred for physical therapy at the beginning of June! Was just told it will probably be DECEMBER before she is seen. Never mind that she is dealing with this pain for almost a year. No hurry, right?
