He took the time to listen, sincerely apologized for how I was treated by the front desk, and addressed the situation immediately. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I understand that missed appointments are frustrating and that providers have policies in place, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. After receiving a call about a last-minute cancellation that had moved my daughter’s appointment up, I unfortunately overslept after spending the night caring for my toddler and newborn. Had my daughter scheduled in January 2026 for an appointment in June 2026. About a week before appointment, I received a call stating they do not take my insurance! We waited for several months for this appointment and had to cancel at the last minute because of a clerical error. They postponed my daughter's diagnosis for months because they "let it slip through the cracks." Now I have to start all over and probably wait an additional 6 months. Absolutely ridiculous.
