OK, so my home heater has been acting up for a couple of days. I have used this co. before, and was very pleased. Called them at 0830 this a.m., and they had Jackie here by 11:00! Got my heater fixed, and couldn't be more pleased! Jackie is very efficient, professional, and pleasant. Will always use this family-owned company as long as I'm around! Thank you all very much for the prompt and efficient attention!

I want to spread the word on some AMAZING customer service! For those of you that know Shawn and I, our house caught on fire back in mid December. It has been a horrific experience for us. At this point we will be lucky to be back in our house by Christmas. So many things have happened, so many little things that you don't even think about become a problem.
