It is hard to put into words what it is like to have an autoimmune disease like lupus and never feel like you are heard by the people who should listen the most. They have been awesome. I've had chronic pain for years. After a matter of weeks I feel like a different person. Thank you so much. I appreciate your replies to my constant questions.
Jocelyn always takes the time to listen to all my concerns and symptoms. Works with me and values my input on my treatment plan. I have never had issues getting my labs (love it is done in house and I don’t have to go somewhere else) done or getting prescriptions refilled. I’ve been going to OAC for over 2 years and have had a positive experience with all the staff.
It’s really gone downhill over the past year. The whole mood and feeling of happiness and joy is no longer there. I don’t know if it’s a change in management or what, but I’m no longer a patient.
