Not sure who answers the phone but she is absolutely rude
Had a referral sent two weeks ago but when the referral clerk sent me to scheduling to check, the woman who answered was super rude. Told me they were working on the day after my date so must not have it, have it sent again. Nothing but hateful attitude. I will pass and go somewhere else. This is why people are getting away from Norman practitioners.
3 stars because the LPN’s that give the weekly allergy shots are random, but not equally skilled. Once you’ve had a shot from each I think you will agree. It’s 5 stars for 3 of the nurses and 1 star for “the one.” Not naming names… you can decide.
*Terrible communicators.* *Great allergy treatment* but getting these people to talk to each other, have clear-understandable notes in the patient records, or a callback from your doc and/or nurse is like pulling teeth. "We'll call you back within 48 hours " Yea, maybe after the 5th or 6th voicemail. Geez
