*Terrible communicators.* *Great allergy treatment* but getting these people to talk to each other, have clear-understandable notes in the patient records, or a callback from your doc and/or nurse is like pulling teeth. The nurses or whoever talked very loud about me that I could hear from the other room. If I could hear them, so could others. In fact I heard them talk about the girl in the room next to met. I don't know her name or what she looked like but I know about her allergies. Also the dr was really rude. I should have walked out.
Dr Overhulser has been my physician for 30 years. I have been to numerous locations and the (tecumseh) norman location has been my favorite thus far. Very polite and informative. I feel my concerns are respected and answered if I have any, within a few minutes. I have always loved Dr. Overhulser!! Donna her nurse reports back in a quick timely manner every time I call. Definitely recommend for asthma as well as allergy injections.
I got here at 5:19 and was told that they were already closed and that they wouldn't give me my weekly allergy shot. If you're going to close early, please change your hours on your google maps page. This is super inconvenient and ridiculous. You can do better than this.
