This was my first time at this salon. I walked in and was immediately concerned about the salon's sanitation. They were using all the same files for each client. My nails turned out okay but I would have appreciated more communication about the design and how it might not work with shorter nails.
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at O!Kim, especially as a customer of several years. Unfortunately, quality seems to depend on which technician you get. The technician who did my nails skipped my cuticles entirely, and after only two weeks my nails already look overgrown. Two nails have also broken off at the tips while my natural nails underneath are still intact, which makes me question the quality of the work.
