This place was great! Nancy was amazing and combined all the different ideas I showed her
Very disappointed with the service. I had an appointment at 6:00 PM, but I ended up waiting until 7:00 PM with no proper explanation. Even after waiting an hour, I was told I would have to wait another 40 minutes, which is completely unacceptable when you have an appointment. I’ve been coming to OKim for years and never had such a horrible experience, their service and atmosphere has become increasingly rushed and stressful. I called ahead to let them know I would be 15 minutes late and was told it was fine. Even after arriving, I still waited another 25 minutes before my service began. The bio-gel extensions were poorly done from the start. i went back they fixed my nails and i told them there staff didn’t do my cuticles and they were like its 10$ for cuticles like are you guys kidding me ? my friend just got nails done from here last month you guys did her cuticles like bro if you don’t wanna do your job and if you are in hurry just shut your door and relax at home stop letting people waste their money here. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT never coming back to this place ever.
