First time using the car wash. The guys who guided me in were nice and helpful but overall the wash just didn't clean my car. There was still dirt & dust all over the back, bugs on the hood and windshield. The rims were still really dirty also. I was disappointed in $20 car wash to still have my car dirty. I think the brushes are also to close cause I noticed my car now has scratches all over now. I think it sucks you have to pay for a wash to even use the vacuums. I'll be going eles were next time.
Lots of cars being damaged since you guys opened, and you guys won't own up to responsibilities or you back out of saying you will have the parts replaced. Shame on this so called business!!! Your car wash system is to harsh on cars!! It needs to be fixed before you loose more than just customers. I for one will not be back! And I definitely don't and will not recommend.
Follow up to post from Ryan Curren. Was told right after the damage that it would be covered. 24 hours later was told that an attendant had flagged the license plate mount as damaged, therefore not covered. BS! If it was flagged it was after the fact. Was not told anything prior to running it through the wash that anything was out of order or at risk of being damaged. Tore my tag off told me it happens often and they should have told me before i went through. But it's not their fault and they won't fix it.
Great car wash. I do the $33 a month club and go twice a week. Super great staff. Highly recommend.
I have gone to several drive through car washes and am never satisfied. Was nervous to spend $20 but my car looks like it was hand washed! Will definitely be coming Back!!
You guys, I've found my zen. It's the 3-5 minutes I spend in the Okie Express car wash on Main St. (by Aldi's & Arby's). I don't know what it is about it (The disco lights? The multi-colored soap? The way the sound of the water muffles all outside sounds? The gentle rocking of the car as it's pulled along the little conveyer belt? The free towels they hand out on "Free Towel Tuesday?" I really like the convenience of Okie Express Carwash, the only problem that I have with it is $20 is a lot of money these days and you only have 4 to 5 days to use your ticket before it expires.
Gentlemen who guided me in were polite, but overall the wash just didn't clean my car. Not sure if it's because my rounded SUV trunk door, but you just see dirt and dust stream all over the back and bugs still on the hood and windshield. Really disappointed in $20 car wash to still have my car dirty. Next time will just need to do it myself and put some elbow work in it! I'm sure it would do a great job if your windshield wasn't dirty and if your car wasn't too dirty.
