I've been going to this location since I got my new 2013 GMC Sierra. Today I got my truck washed and drove home like normal because time is at a premium. When I got home I noticed the factory trim on my door had been pulled loose from the truck. I called and was told because I left the lot there is nothing they can do. BEWARE! STOP AND CHECK YOUR VEHICLE FOR DAMAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE, EVEN IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY!
They gave me a free car wash for Veterans day. It was very quick and the wash was very good. I highly recommend this car wash.
New to the business model, you don't get bug spray with the 5-day car wash! I found this out today after using 5-day car wash and the front of car and windshield was covered with bug spots. I said something to the guy working and said you only get the spray on the $15 or higher car washes only. What's next, add a $1 for water with the soap, $1 for convince fee using a credit or debit card, and $3 for vacuum fee. I won't be coming back, bad business if you ask me. I really love this car wash. I did have a problem and it got fixed. The manager was very courteous as were the employees. I will continue coming back here. Thanks again for making this a great place.

Just had a great (FREE) wash. Free washes today, in Mustang.
The car wash is ok . I bought a membership and as long as they are open it is ok, but some times they close early or change the hours they are open. First they went to winter hours closed at 8, now the new winter hours 7 and not a second after. Tonight I was there at 655 and they were closed. It just seems like they sell a bunch of memberships and then close to early. So I guess if you don't work and get there in the middle of the day it should be a good fit, good luck.
