This place is ridiculous and completely ruined my truck that I just got from a dealership!
I went here when they first opened and it scratched the hell out of my car! I don’t know why I went back today thinking it was different! Now I have a 5” deep scratch down the side of my brand new car
This place was good when it first opened in Mustang. I'm not sure what happened. It doesn't matter which wash you purchase, they are all terrible. The customer service is just as bad. I have a lot of friends that have had issues here as well. None of us have been back since the multiple bad experiences we've had.
Barely did any precleaning before going in. Came out with bugs still all over front of my car and my windshield.
They had an issue with their car wash and something got all over my car. I notified them about it and they were awesome. They came out and cleaned it all off and then sent me through again for free. The guys were really nice and very apologetic. Stuff like this is just going to happen and it's all how the company handles it. They handled great and I will definitely be back!
They stole $16.00 from me on a second wash.
Got a bad $15 wash they told me to go back through abs gave me a $5 wash which washed off all of my volcano wax and tire shine that I paid for the first time. Came out the second time looking just the same.
Great customer service, FREE vacuums, kid fun and clean car!
