My mother and I Came to wash our cars and was turned away. They claim due to them being busy they did not have time to wash our “heavy mud” car. What’s the point of being a car wash if you don’t want to wash cars? Was very disappointed. Shout out to Express Zips Car wash for not turning us away!
Was told my truck was too dirty to get clean after I paid. Watched me and my “too dirty” truck drive in and pay. As soon as the receipt prints they come tell me it would take them too long to clean my truck. I go there at least one week a week, but will go somewhere else from now on. Horrible service. Did not ever try to wash anything off from the wheel wells. 20 buck car wash should get your truck clean.
They asked my wife to go wash the mud off of her pickup then come back and they’d wash it! Wtf kind of car wash is this?!?! �
Was wanting to let yall know...this carwash is alright go to briteshine they do better jobs no scratches and they give out towels everyday.. I don't recommend okie...they charge to my house for shitty service.
Lava wash is awesome! Only problem is that the front of my car is always still dirty when I leave.
