My husband purchased my engagement ring from Okes 10 years ago. We purchased 1 wedding band before our wedding in 2010. Fantastic service and quality throughout those purchases. Also, amazing quality! Fast forward a few years, we move our family 800 miles away. For our 10 year anniversary, my husband purchased a matching band for the other side of my ring. Thank you to Oakes! They reset a loose stone in my bracelet. It then fell out within the same day. Went back in and they were more than accommodating. They are ordering a new stone and will make sure it doesn't happen again.
Today my day was made by seeing 2 of the most lovely ladies in downtown Casper, Tracey & Mandy!! Best experience ever! A week or so ago I dropped into Okes on a Saturday to just have my ring checked. Tracy looked and advised me it definitely needed some attention & repairs. I left my ring, was called & told it was ready for pick up & today was the day!!
