Reply to Owner’s comment: Which experience/details you are referring to that are not clear to you? I’d happy to address each of them one by one extensively. This place is disgusting, old and falling apart. Maintenance here is a BIG JOKE. The maintenance showed up for fixing the bathroom flush after two weeks…that when I went to the leasing office to request twice. It smells like smoke/weed in the apartments. Clearly they don't care to clean up before you move in. I asked them about it and they said there isn't much more they can do and suggested I just spray some Febreze. Genuinely disgusting place, newly installed kitchen cabinets almost make it seem like it could be nice but even those were done by someone not good at their job. I have been living in Okemos Village Apartments for many years. They are in a great location for shopping and there are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Management and Maintenance are always courteous and prompt. I would recommend Okemos Village as a great place to live.
