I have been a resident of Okemos Station Apartments for just over 3 years now. I am very pleased with my experience here. The management, office, and maintenance staff feel like extended family members - they call me by name, they call my dog by name, they make this really feel like home. My maintenance requests have always been addressed very quickly (though luckily, I've only had a few). Melissa helped by giving me some information about the apartments and their features. Her customer service was beyond amazing. I feel at home already, they even offered me coffee because I was tired after my drive!! Moving states has been stressful but I felt comforted knowing the staff here truly care about the tenants. I am shopping around but feel this will be my permanent home soon and I cant wait!
Okemos Station is a very nice and quiet complex. The leasing consultant Julie is fabulous!! She is so kind, helpful and generous. She makes sure things get taken care of promptly and stays on top of stuff. I had an issue with my door and the maintenance man Ben came to fix it and had it done in just a few minutes and was also very polite and helpful!
As many of you know, moving is not a pleasurable experience. The physical demands and the details of moving contribute to elevated stress levels to everyone involved in the move.
