Julie was amazing she got us in so fast and kept us updated if something had to be push back. She was making calls daily and had others from her team helping us get in so fast. The place have been great so far apartments are very nice and great amenities. Neighborhood is very quiet. Update: my dishwasher wasn’t working and had maintenance come out and they first said was fine put in another request and had Ben come out he immediately replaced it same day didn’t have to wait 3 days for a new dishwasher. I lived here for a year and a half during graduate school and the 1 bedroom unit was excellent, the manager Julie was kind, and the maintenance man Jim was prompt. The area is safe and has plenty of food and entertainment nearby. If I move back here for any reason, I'd definitely live here again!
Brian, Michael and (I forgot the last gentleman’s name) were great. We had an issue with our hear exchanger causing the AC/heat to not work but they fixed it. It took a while to figure out what was really going on because a broken heat exchanger is not something you promptly assume. Really good at what they do.
I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AND I JUST LOVE IT. JULIE FREDERICK FROM THE OFFICE IS GREAT. EVERYTIME I HAVE A QUESTION OR CONCERN SHE IS RIGHT ON IT. THE MAINTENANCE MAN IS GREAT ALSO. U CAN SEE DEER AND OTHER ANIMALS AROUND HERE. ITS PIECE AND QUIET HERE.
The location of the Okemos Station apartments is perfect and Julie is the most amazing manager to work with. Maintenance is quick about getting to any maintenance requests as well. Love it here!
