The property manager Julie was a blast to talk with, very knowledgeable and professional. But most importantly fun. If your thinking of renting from a property rent here cause you’ll be taken care of

I am moving from out-of-state and visited the property with my family. Jules was able to give us a tour at our originally scheduled time even though it was in the system wrong. (Scheduled using AI phone call) Jules was very welcoming and answered almost all of our questions before we even asked them!
The process has been so quick and Jules is wonderful with communication. The price and location are exactly what I'm looking for!
My daughter and I co-signed for an apartment here and the whole lead-up to the application process, tour, and finalizing of lease was flawless! Julie, one of the senior reps, made sure we were aware of all of the details and we were able to rent a beautiful 2BR/1BA at only a marginal price above their 1BR/1BA. Lots of greenspace in the back and close to the MSU campus and on busline as well. Highly recommend taking a look!
