RecommendedDr. Matz is amazing! She utilizes multiple healing techniques to relieve pain. Yesterday alone in my hour sessions she used deep tissue massage, heated stones, a laser that relaxes the muscles, myofascial release all before the actual adjustment! Then she gave me stretches to do self care at home with my problem area. I feel amazing afterward! I am excited to work more with O’Keefe Matz on the general health and nutrition side too! Thank you!
