I started coming here during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and it was fine. The braiders came on time & the prices were great. The front desk lady who takes appointments though needs to work on her phone etiquette skills because she comes off as rude. Anyways, things have gone downhill from there. The braiders have been late, leaving me and other people sitting in chairs for 2+ hours before we’re started. Then they have the nerve to ask for a $20 tip per braider after being late. I am so confused as to what happened to this shop! I have been going since my early teenage years and it was my absolute favorite! More recently they have completely lost the touch AND RAISED THEIR PRICES! Never on time, and you pay for your braids to slip out THE SAME NIGHT! I AM SAD AND DISAPPOINTED TO THE DIRECTION THE SHOP HAS GONE!

I called and also stopped in the shop to price how much it would be to get waist length very full boho braids with 3 pack of human curly hair added showing almost no braids and was told it would be $215 on both of those occasions but that I must bring the human hair. When I came in to get my hair braided, I brought in 4 packs just in case and the packs were in 2 colors that were close in color. I was referred by two different persons. So I went to see them to see if they could braid my hair. They were friendly and nice, they asked me what i wanted and I told them I showed my hair and they me to bring my hair.
