First off I come here all the time and not once do I pay before service is done or halfway done. I had to pay before my hair was even started mind you she still was braiding a childs hair. And then when she was done she still didnt start . She ate food , gossiped and then kept texting. And the price changed 3 times and i wasnt having it , i work hard for my money just like them. This is not the first time that I have gotten my locks done at this place. They told me they couldn’t do the style that I wanted because my hair was too puffy. She tried to give me a big braid in the middle of my head and I was not happy about that then” they wrote on my receipt Please pay in cash the next time thank you I’m not happy with how my hair looks. Ive been a customer for over 20 years, I remember when it opened at their old location; but the unprofessionalism and attitude that I got from the stylist that did a fair job is enough for me to never do business again! Simply because she considered the hair that I brought difficult to braid. It was uncomfortable sitting in a stylist chair for hours that had an attitude. Never again!
