I had a flat tire and didn't know where to bring my car to get it looked at. Thankfully I found this OK Tire on Clarence Ave! I called and they were able to look at my car that same day, unfortunately my tire was not able to be fixed, but they were able to order the same tire for me, have it delivered and installed all within the same day. This was on a Friday which meant because of their excellent service and staff I had my car with all 4 tires ready to go for the weekend. Great experience at OKTIRE on portage, figured I could expect the same here. I was very wrong. Dropped off a car first thing in the morning for an alignment, just for it to be finished up last second at the end of the day. Note left on my receipt stating I was contacted to replace a part before getting my work done. Never received call or any contact, lady at the front desk was nice and tried to be helpful but didn’t understand. Pretty blatant lie to the customer right on the receipt, not impressed at all. Worst service ever I dropped my car at 8am waited the whole day for a safety inspection its 4pm now they are still not done. No punctuality
My 2018 RAV was quite banged up as a result of a collision. Now looks brand new. Great job. Friendly service. Highly recommended.
