Great service and friendly people I was welcomed in store and was explained the process and best tires to by. Other stores don't seem to care but I know Salem Tire do and I really enjoyed Jimmy and Steve PROS: Great place to go CONS: Good prices but could be a little hceaper
OK Tires is the worst deal in Salem I called for a quote on four new Michelins and they gave me a great price. I got there with my infant son, and they confirmed the price. Then after installation they upcharged me for "other unexpected work" they claimed to have done, and they demanded payment far above retail plus costs for work I did not authorize! They threatened me physically, and me with a baby in my arms. These guys are liars, thieves and should be in jail. Run anywhere else and do business!
affordable There is very little competition when it comes to purchasing automobile tires. I have had some unpleasant experiences with other tire shops in and around salem. However, I have had the best experience with OK tires. They really should change the name of the business because it is much better than just OK. The prices are almost always less than other tire shops and the service is much better than other places. Likely due to the small size of the business. Highly recommended!
Great service, friendly techs! This is a great tire store. Their staff and service techs are fast, friendly, polite, and always do a great job every time. I've gotten my oil changed many times and various other work done there and been satisfied every time.
I had been an Ok tire customer for almost 40 years. This Saturday they tried to take advantage of my wife!!! We recently replaced all of the front end components which means we needed an alignment. A friend called first and was quoted $70 for an alignment. My wife calls and is told they would have to look first. 😐 She goes there and they tell her she need a tie rod replaced. Both times I have done business with OK Tire. Everything was done in a friendly, timely and efficient manner all at a very fair price.
