I just wanted to let everybody know that these guys were amazing, they installed my block heater and I was in and out of there in an hour or less!? But the one thing that really stood out to me was all of my tires were low on air, and I didn't want to bother asking them if they minded if I used their air pump to even them all out, but when I hopped in my truck I noticed that they went ahead and made sure that all of them were perfectly filled anyways. Dealt with Sonny, awesome service! My work van was stuck in Portage, unable to start, and they kept promising to look at it day after day. Four days of not looking later, called OK tire and they were able to get me in to assessment right away, as promised. Were up front that it may take some time depending on the problem, but ended up being able to fix it during assessment. The service and great pricing made it worth paying to have the van towed from Portage to OK Tire, and we were back on the road the next day. Thanks!
Visited this store on boxing day as our car tire went flat. The tyre was off the car and we paid $42. Most stores were not open at the time but this one was open early. Thank you.
