Swung by as I didnt have the torx socket to swap my plates, Jerry came out and helped me right away for free. Excellent customer service.
I had a nail in my tire and Andrew said, bring the car in. After looking at the tire, he went back to the shop, got a tool and took it out. Fast service with a quick resolution. I happily said, "How much?". He said "No charge." I was stunned. Usually most auto shop will charge a fee. Since that time, I have sent two more people to get assistance with their cars. I am truly appreciate your superb customer service and being so accommodating to my needs - I got a flat tire and brought my car in soon after they open.
