Did the job Right
When Paul was there this garage was A1, and a pleasure to deal with. Since then it has drastically gone down hill. I took my vehicles exclusively to this location for about 8 years and finally had enough. It’s disappointing when you were a loyal customer, and even recommended their service to numerous people.
These guys always treat you right, easy recommendation.
Teddy was excellent to deal with at OK Tire on Wright Avenue. He made me feel comfortable in a store I wouldn’t initially feel comfortable in because I don’t know a lot about cars. He was very funny and exceptionally great at customer service. Tire change process was very smooth and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in Nova Scotia
UPDATE: Teddie, Megan and Steve are now the new best dynamic at this location! These three create a great atmosphere with lots of laughs and even more great service! Always a pleasure to work with this business Ashley, Steve and Megan are by far the best dynamic Ive seen at this location in a long time. My company solely uses this location and they never disappoint. The laugher at the desk and the consistently good and fair service is what keeps us coming back.
