Exceptional service from Teddy today. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to work with us ultimately had us choose their shop over the competition. Although their pricing was slightly higher than our lowest estimate, Teddy went the extra mile to make it work, and we felt the most confident moving forward with OK Tire.
Did the job Right
When Paul was there this garage was A1, and a pleasure to deal with. Since then it has drastically gone down hill. I took my vehicles exclusively to this location for about 8 years and finally had enough. It’s disappointing when you were a loyal customer, and even recommended their service to numerous people.
