Teddy was excellent to deal with at OK Tire on Wright Avenue. He made me feel comfortable in a store I wouldn’t initially feel comfortable in because I don’t know a lot about cars. He was very funny and exceptionally great at customer service. Tire change process was very smooth and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in Nova Scotia
UPDATE: Teddie, Megan and Steve are now the new best dynamic at this location! These three create a great atmosphere with lots of laughs and even more great service! Always a pleasure to work with this business Ashley, Steve and Megan are by far the best dynamic Ive seen at this location in a long time. Great customer service, no delays and fixed everything.
Hi guys. I used Ok tire few years it’s was perfect company. But last my experience was terrible, I don’t know what happened with mechanical skills and professional diagnosis? I come to change oil and ask to check some noise in my car… I paid 820$ for exhaust leaks fixed. After 2 days same noise back, I will ask service again… 783$ for pressure and return hoses OEM.
