I booked a firm appointment for 9 AM to switch new tires onto my rims. The shop tme was estimated at 2 hrs. We had to travel from N of Bobcaygeon but arrived exactly on time. To make wise use of time, fuel, and the outing, two of us came, but we had to be back by 2 PM, a fact I advised them of on the day I booked. Upon arrival, I was advised that there would be at least a 5 hr wait as two staff were off sick, stating: "They had just phoned in that morning", and what "could they do" about that. I phoned about tire change over and storage Ttey had a good price for both so I booked an appointment for the tire change and storage I got there fir the appointment they changed my tires over but put my winter tires in my car I told them they were suppose to be stored He went back and said they have no more room. I told them if he told me that I would not of made the appointment because I've in an apartment and now they are stuck in my car Alot of places won't store them unless you get them to change them Poor customer serv... read more
Awesome...they didn't need to do anything...didn't charge me anything...honest garage...they have my business... Another visit...another happy customer. OK tires have the most efficient, friendly, honest staff and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

This place was recommended to me by an old friend. They provide fast and trustworthy service. They’ve helped me a few times with small things such as fastening the shield under my car with a bolt, brake inspection and license plate removal where the bolt was seized on my car. I also purchased a set of new tires from them several years ago. They’re always happy to help and quick to serve. Give them a call if you need help with your vehicle. You won’t be disappointed!
