What a terrible experience. I have a fleet of 13 trucks. I went to these guys to get tires for three of them. Called in and they told me to email. So I sent an email and heard nothing back for a week. Called in, and they told me to use a different email. I did that, and nothing. So I called a third time two weeks later, and tried to get it going over the phone. They transfer me to "Ernie". He comes on hostile as can be.
