We had needed our spare tire torqued after we got a flat tire the sunday night of the BC Day long weekend. He helped us out on the holiday Monday even though his store was closed. We phoned ahead and he torqued our tires to spwc. Thanks Jerry!
Excellent service and fair pricing! We had our truck brakes done about a month ago. The staff were there a bit early and kindly let us drop off the truck ahead of time, which really helped since we had to get the kids to daycare and my husband needed to drop me off at work. They were efficient, professional, and easy to work with. We had a small issue afterward, and when my husband reached out today, they took care of it right away and even provided him with a courtesy vehicle for the day. Very friendly, knowledgable staff.
The gang here is *amazing*, our brakeline burst and was an unusual part, yet they went above and beyond, taking the vehicle in with short notice, researching alternate parts and having us back on the road within 24 hours. Friendly people who obviously love their job helping motorists in need. Plus their 'manager' Raya is friendly and loves ear and back scritches (she's a Corgi).
