Did some googling to look for a decent garage and stumbled across this place and I’m very glad I did. The whole team here is incredible friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. They provided me with a truck whilst my car was being worked on and talked me through everything that was done to the car and showed me how I could take better care of it in future. We had needed our spare tire torqued after we got a flat tire the sunday night of the BC Day long weekend. He helped us out on the holiday Monday even though his store was closed. We phoned ahead and he torqued our tires to spec. Thanks Jerry!
True professionals. Drove up while they were busy, they took a look on the hoist, tightened up loose bolts, and advised the repairs within minutes. Gave me a statement of findings to show the botched work of the guys that did my manifolds; didn’t charge me for this encounter. If you’re a resident of Kamloops, you have a Gem of a shop!
