So disappointed. When we started taking our vehicle to OK, about 9 years, the service was outstanding. They were informative and very pleasant to deal with. You felt they cared not only your car but the you as a customer. Now, it’s take a number. They are abrupt, and very demeaning. I left my car with them for almost a month for an interprovincial inspection. Part way through repairs I was informed about extra work needing to be added onto my bill. Every time I spoke to the shop my bill changed in price. From $107 to $750 to $580 to $440. It was all over the place. I took my car for a wheel alignment and I was worried something else was wrong. I don’t even know what to control arm is, but a friend told me it could be bent. I took the car in and they called me to tell me there were several things wrong with the car, brakes rotors control arm, and the work order was for almost $1800. If I could give them zero stars I would. I went there to get a electrical issue looked at. And they they came back with a $4200 quote! Say that my car needed so many things. So I did what I thought I should and oh was I wrong I ended up spending $2000 for things my car didn't even need and the best part they told me my drive shaft was falling out but it's safe to drive!
