I came to OK Tire looking for new tires for my small truck. I really wasn't sure which brand or tread type to go with but Dillon took time to explain the pros and cons to me and helped me with my selection. I made an appointment explaining that I was travelling a distance to get them done and hoping it be quick and on time. It was! If you don't want to waste your money and suffer further damage to your car, stay away from this service center. Every time I took my car there, I got it back with a different problem. Most recently, their technician broke the trunk lid for no reason. I went back and told them what had happened, and they said they would fix it. A month later, I went back to ask about it, and the manager's response was, "We called, but we couldn't reach you," which is a complete lie. So I left. Great service and have been going here for years. Recently we had a minor hiccup during service, but the shop was amazing about it and bent over backward to make it right. Top marks for treating their customers right. I’ll be a customer here for a long time.
