If I can give 0 star I would. Her office is extremely rude (never answers phone calls, hangs up on you if you have questions, esp her staff Jen), and does not even make effort to be helpful. If you request prescription refills, there is NO WAY of knowing if the dr put in the order by the staff apparently and there is no way to confirm (how does this even make sense?) The only reason why she is seen is because we need a korean speaking doctor. We would go somewhere in a heartbeat if we have other options
Dr. Hong is an amazing professional. She's compassionate, understanding, and provides practical tips to better manage your life. Highly recommend
Dr. Hong was annoyed I told her I was pregnant. She kept asking me if I was keeping the baby over and over again. When I finally said yes she told me I had to stop all of my meds. This was all over 2 to 3 phone calls. I had been a patient for several months. She never even followed up. After I had my daughter I decided I wanted to get back on my meds, but didn't go back to her. That's how I found out I shouldn't have had to get off all of my meds. My daughter is 3 now and I'm very happy I found a new psychiatrist.
Dr.Hong is not a good doctor. Her biller billed me incorrectly 4 times, literally double charged for the service I have not received. This place is a scam.
