I’ve been here many times and never had an issue. The past two times I had made an appointment and the first time they had double booked and then the second time, they let a walk-in take my spot and asked me to come back later. Well I obviously made an appointment cause I wanted it at this time, not a different time. And better yet, they didn’t have a working card reader and I had to pay with Venmo I believe it may be different people working there. I’ve never had such an experience here until lately.
This used to be our go-to place. Not sure what has happened but the last 2 times I have called to make an appointment and then show up to that said appointment they tell me that they don’t have my appointment available. The new lady (I’m assuming she’s new) is very persistent in asking for a tip which I find very unprofessional. My wife and I have visited about a dozen times and we will definitely be back.
Lily is very welcome. Her massage is so good.
Great massage
Got my first massage ever here and it was a good experience. Felt like she got alot of unwanted tension out of my body. I will probably be back.
