Service was good but we had coupons from the summertime reading event held at the mall that has a coupon for this place. It says $1 kids meals so we went to eat and go to pay them get told the coupon is wrong. Its $1off and I can only use one of them. I have three kids. I argue with the lady that no where on the coupon does it say $1off or limit 1 per visit. She tells me it's the malls fault not theirs so I spent more than my budget on a meal because of a false coupon.

This was the worst experience ever in a restaurant hands down. We went in with our softball team and had horrible service. My husband was served a plate of food that had already been served to another person!! They served his food and told us oh yeah this was served to another guy but all he did was scrape the toppings off but realized it wasn’t his food so this is yours. ummmmmm no I don’t think so! Heads up if you plan to eat at this place; to begin you will not be welcomed if you attend with a large party, they will seat you but after you wait approx 10-15 minutes, you will need to get your own menus if you plan to order food, once you have ordered your food, be prepared to send it back to the kitchen as it will be undercooked or not cooked at all, then upon leaving you will be expected to pay a 20% gratuity for the service, actually lack of service received.
Ordered a meal that included shrimp. I specifically said no shrimp. Well, me and my wife wait and enjoy our time, then the dish,comes. W/ shrimp. We sent it back and a brief moment later it returned, to the table. The waiter was busy, so the help brought it out. Dropped it on the table and said," who had a seafood allergy. The cooks just took the shrimp out. Be warned.!!!! I'll never return. Cannot trust food prep.
My husband and I come here at least once per week. They always have the best service, best good and best chips and salsa of any other Mexican restaurant in town!
