Loved the experience. Renewing my medical card in person was the easiest I have ever done. Doctor Berry was prompt calling us and easy to talk to
Everything is unorganized and all over the place. There has been no communication that has been helpful in understanding what to do. I’m all for paying for a service, but this isn’t good service.

I would recommend you look elsewhere for service. When I went, it took over ten days for them to get it filed after a complaint call. The phone number on file was disconnected. Was lied to multiple times and blamed for it, taking so long. Feel like things could have been handled way better. When I'm 90% positive, I just fell through the cracks and was forgotten about.
