Soooo we used to love coming here. Great service, great food, big TVs, etc. Now it takes at least 20 mins to get a waitress to acknowledge us or just as long to hunt someone down. The last straw that broke the camel's back was Saturday. They used my husband's credit card to charge a completely different customer. We were required to add a card on file and we paid and left. Klover great service always antentive, best customer service I received she on my top 5 whenever I stop by.
The ambiance is exceptional, particularly for viewing sporting events. Our server, Klover, consistently demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and maintained an excellent demeanor.
Today 8/25/26 9pm Walk inside and the host had a mad face. It felt like so much negativity walking inside, negative vibes, me and my brother, his birthday. We order some drinks, n wings ,,, the wings that we got were terrible. They were cold and didn't have no taste and they were dry,, and to top it all off, our bail was supposed to be like keeping sixty bucks, and they charge us double, that's crazy. My first time was okay and my second time wasn’t that bad, but my third time here was outstanding! Our server Precious was incredibly nice! She was extremely fast, checking up on our table constantly and sparking some amazing conversations here and there. Honestly, I would definitely come back again and request for her. Thank you!
