I have no concerns about the professionalism of the optometrist. My complaint is entirely about the clinic’s appointment management and the way the front desk handled the situation. I booked Bulk Bill eye examinations for my two children at 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM, and I have attached screenshots of the booking conversation.
