Brought land of Raj was very smooth transaction was always prompt and attentive definetly professional highly recommend.
I had a frustrating experience with Ojass Real Estate. Communication was poor from the start—I constantly had to follow up just to get updates on my property listing. The agent promised regular open houses but only held one in three weeks. On top of that, they provided inaccurate information about comparable sales in the area, which caused me to price my property too high. I ultimately switched to another agency and would not recommend their services.
very unprofessional behaviour. It's been 2 months that we vacate the property. We have not get our bond back. They did not give us any exit report. They keep making excuses when we try to communicate with them. I don't recommend them at all.
We lived in the house for 3 years. They didn't inspect even once and on exit they blame us for the damage that is caused by wind outside of the house. The dishwasher was not working. They keep making fake promises that they will fix it but did nothing about it. We are still waiting for our bond, they stop communication with us. Be careful while renting of buying house from them.
