I paid $300 to get a small lawn treated for gophers because I was told by the technician that if they came back within a month, he would come back to fix it. He was a very nice and helpful guy. When I called to say the gophers had come back three weeks later the lady on the phone said they only cover for two weeks and now I need to pay $85 every month to fix what he didn’t fix. Josh and Ian did a great job making sure the repairs for the termite damage were done. They were excellent in customer service and making sure I was happy with the repairs and fumigation. Always happy to answer questions and schedule repairs. I recommend them to anyone wanting an honest price and excellent service.

So they say it safe for animals . My dog died of poisoning after they left. This came from the veterinarian . . . Well there his truck as he tries to deny it.

We had a very serious ant invasion in our house but I didn't want to just chemically douse the whole house and was hoping someone could come in, assess the situation, and offer the least invasive yet effective treatment to deal with the situation. Trent from Ojai Termite & Pest was fantastic! Took the time to understand really what was going on with our ant invasion and took care of the situation without blindly just nuking the whole place! He was super friendly, professional, and great with our dog. Great service!
