I haven’t been in a while since I been. It was nice! Very friendly! And my car was good to! Only one person washes your car now. He vacuumed, washed and dried it. I will start coming here again.
Always want to give others the benefit of the doubt, I did a dumb thing and went back again for another try. I told the guy my last experience was not good and I would be checking their work. When I came out to check my vehicle, once again I was very disappointed!!! Water drops everywhere, the inside of the vehicle was not wiped down, the floor mats were still dirty the inside and outside of the windshield was streaked- water spotted and a mess!! They did a terrible job wiping my truck down. There rinse machine doesn't rinse all the soap off. I spent 30 minutes wiping it down once I noticed dried up soap drippings.
Normally the people there try hard! Today at 1:15 (they close at five) I pulled in to get an oil change before a road trip that we are going on. Two people sitting around. There was no other cars waiting (they were changing the oil on one car in the bay). They said they didn't have time to change the oil. They do not take appointments for it, they had one car actually getting their oil changed.
