This is my favorite restaurant in Central Oregon. The rolls are perfection and they beautifully craft each one! Also great options for those who don't enjoy sushi like the rest of us! If you haven't been here you're missing out!

When I moved back here I didn't know if we would be able to find good sushi in Central Oregon. After we found Oishi in 2015, we've been regular customers there. The food is fresh and great tasting, their menu is expansive and creative, and we've never had bad service. Although other sushi restaurants have popped up in the interim, Oishi remains our favorite place in C.O.
