I booked an appointment with the psychoeducational clinic in October 2021 and was given the earliest appointment in January 2023. Despite calling and setting up an appointment, they never sent a follow-up confirmation. When I called in November 2022 ahead of my expected appointment time, to confirm the appointment date and time (because no follow-up was previously sent), my calls (about 10 over a month) went straight to voicemail. 5 stars - are you joking? This is just a group of children learning how to say even basic words and not even doing it right. Their training seems to be very superficial. What would they know about middle age, employment, acculturation or family problems if they are not married, didn't see much of the world and were never employed? Don't waste your time.
