Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unbeknownst to me, I just needed and minor fix on my water heater and he was able to diagnose it within a minute. Did not overcharge me. Will definitely be using them again for oil delivery and service!!
This is the best oil company I have ever dealt with. Extremely reliable & absolutely there for their customers needs. Andy the owner is exceptional. He comes out if there is a problem with your burner immediately. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
This is not the company I usually use, however, I ran out of oil and needed a delivery. My usual company does not do weekend deliveries. I called Oilex, and spoke with Andrew and he was kind enough to squeeze my delivery in. He was very nice and professional, and due to his kindness I will be using Oilex from here on out. “Irresponsible, late, nothing done correctly”This person is incompetent, unethical, bad service and has no clue on how to satisfy customers and keep customers period Stay away from them.
Had an oil issue today at my house and Andrew of Oilex was able to help me out in a very professional manner. Oilex delivered to my house an hour before the promised time. Super happy with the entire process with Oilex Fuel of New York.
