i stopped there,becose i had oil package for my VW passat TDI sitting on rear seat.this place is close to my living place.my favorite mechanicks a bit far way.so i stoped here.everybody looked know what they doing,but i been mistaken.i payed 32$ only for change and left 8 $ a tip for a few screws i gave them to put in engines spalsh gard.five days latter i found big oil leak coming from drain plug,its been loosing so hardly.i did check engine oil level,it was max on dip stick.so they over filled engine,didnt change oil filte... read more
I have always had great service. When I came in to get something, they were able to tell me what the problem was. Though they were not able to fix the problem because it was beyond what they do, they told me exactly what I needed so no one would take advantage of what I needed. The people are friendly. I would recommend this place.
UNDER no circumstances should you use this place! From the visible asscracks of the challenged group trying to change a headlight -- to blatent misrepresentation of products and services offered -- I would rate this place STRONGLY AVOID. I specifically wanted High Mileage formulated Oil and asked if they provided it -- answer Yes ($28 more). Okay do it. Solid Shop. Small business. Owner on site. – Wow. I can't believe the bad reviews on here. I've been going here since they opened, and have NEVER had a problem. My family has three cars. ALL of them are taken here. I even yelled at my daughter when she accidentally took her car to jiffy lube. The owner is here all the time. The manager "Joel" has been there forever. Oil change usually takes about 8 or 9 minutes. You can't take it anywhere else and get it done as fast. I also had an issue with my check engine light coming on.... read more
Trusted with no up selling – I have heard of great service from this business. They never try to up sell me on unneeded service. This facility is clean and friendly. The manager Joel has been there for 5+ years.. you never see that at other businesses. Oil Zone went through a protracted 7 year court battle with autozone and won. Unfortunately no monies were given back to them. You have to look up to such a business for fighting a billion dollar company. Great service, Honest people – I have been going here for over a year now and they have always been great! I even tried to see if they would tell me I needed additional service, knowing full well that I didnt, and they didnt lie to me saying I needed more done than needed. I would definately recommend to anyone looking for great service, honest people and low prices!
Oil zone careless incompetent – This place rcomended new air filter on my daughter's car, left a hose disconected which caused check engine light to come on. We incurred a$46 fee from dealership to put her car on computer check . Manager offers no apology no call back noeffort toward compensation or customer satisfaction
